CPA   -  $65 per qualified player up to 10 players, $75 for more than 10 players
MGR -  20% revenue share up to $10000 MGR, 25% revenue share for more than $10000 MGR

            Enter the type of Sign Up Bonus Incentive you want, to be used with your Tracker.
